1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Coastal Plains Sealcoating & Asphalt Maintenance website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services

Coastal Plains Sealcoating & Asphalt Maintenance provides asphalt sealcoating, crack filling, line striping, asphalt repair, and related maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in Southeast Georgia and North Florida. All service estimates are free and non-binding until a written contract is signed by both parties.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes provided through this Site or by our representatives are estimates based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on on-site inspection, unforeseen conditions, or changes to the project scope. We will always communicate any changes before proceeding with work.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We make every effort to schedule services at your convenience. Weather and other unforeseen factors may require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits, if applicable, are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled service date.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship. Sealcoating services carry a warranty against peeling and flaking for the period specified in your service contract. Repair and maintenance work is warranted against defects in workmanship for the period outlined in your contract. Normal wear and tear, acts of nature, and damage caused by third parties are not covered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Coastal Plains Sealcoating & Asphalt Maintenance and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use. Submitting false or misleading information through our quote forms is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Coastal Plains Sealcoating & Asphalt Maintenance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
