Fresh asphalt should be avoided for heavy traffic for the first 24–72 hours. It continues to cure over 6–12 months — avoid sharp turns and parking heavy equipment early on.
How long does a new asphalt driveway last?
A properly installed asphalt driveway lasts 15–20+ years with routine maintenance like sealcoating and crack filling.
Do you handle the grading and base?
Yes — a strong base is everything. We handle grading and base prep so your new asphalt holds up for years.
